Cumberland Elementary School is a title 1 school, and approximately 37% of our students are from low income families. We could not have any in-school fundraiser events this last year and a half, but we can finally host an outdoor event that will be attended by students and staff, as well as family and friends to cheer them on. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and proceeds go directly to the staff and family events for the 2022-23 school year, fund new library books, STEAM/STEM events, student field trips, school improvements/requests, and PAW Market/PBIS celebrations. Our fundraising has been very limited due to Covid19, and everything for the last 2 years was virtual. We hope to host a fun event once again that all kids (including special needs) and staff can participate in.
