I'm writing on behalf of the Citizens of the World - East Valley Charter School to ask for your consideration in donating to our Annual Silent Auction which will be held from April 28th-May 5th.

We are a socio-economically, culturally and racially diverse, public elementary school that counts on the generosity of businesses and community members to raise a portion of our much-needed fundraising dollars. 

Sponsorship and donations would provide you with the unique benefit of accessing this robust community with your business’ name and logo featured prominently at the event, on our event website, and a special post on all of our social media outlets.

 
CWC relies heavily on donations and fundraising to cover a per student gap in what we receive in public funding and what it costs to provide our program of small class sizes, teachers’ assistants, art, music, social emotional learning, and affordable after school care. 

While the bulk of our auction will take plus online the week before the in-person event, we will celebrate with a big end of year bash that will include some live auction items as well. We really appreciate any support you are able to give and look forward to hearing back from you! The in-person event will likely have 250-300 in attendance, while the online portion will have upwards of 1000 people looking to bid on items.
