I am writing to you on behalf of Cycling for Change (c4c) in Locust Valley, New York, to respectfully request a donation from your organization for our annual Golf Outing to be held at the Pine Hollow Club in East Norwich on Monday, June 5, 2023.

Cycling for Change is a not-for-profit 501c3 organization whose mission is to raise funds and awareness to help fight human trafficking and to support organizations on the front lines in anti-trafficking.

Our immediate goal is to raise funds to FIGHT HUMAN TRAFFICKING, as we walk, run and cycle to break the cycle of human trafficking and to offer hope to survivors.

Our annual c4c Golf Outing provides a generous portion of the funds needed to support anti-trafficking groups, including Restore NYC, NOMI Network and International Justice Mission. In order for us to be able to continue to deliver the vision we have for the success of Cycling for Change, we sincerely hope you can find a way to support this year’s c4c Golf Outing by either sponsoring or donating merchandise, services, or a gift certificate or, if possible, a larger item to be individually raffled. • $5,000 – Freedom Fighter – Placement of company logo on tee sigs, tee-shirts, ALL golf carts, banners, c4c website, Facebook, and Instagram; 1-foursome, 4-dinner guest tickets
• $2,500 – Hope Hero – Placement of company logo on tee-shirts, ALL golf carts, c4c website, and Facebook; and 2 dinner guest tickets
• $1,000 – Support Sponsor – Placement of company logo on tee-shirts and c4c website; and 2 dinner guest tickets
