The Daughters of Sarah Community for Seniors, located in Albany, cares for men and women of all denominations through assisted living, respite care, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term skilled nursing. Our staff is second-to-none when it comes to the devoted care they offer to all of our residents.

 Throughout the COVID pandemic, staff members worked around the clock to keep our residents safe and healthy, despite the many hurdles that waylaid others in the community. They wore PPE (personal protective equipment) for hours at a time and endured the many changing protocols imposed by the CDC and Department of Health. Most importantly, they provided loving support to our residents when their own family members were unable to enter the building. We know our staff members are worthy of great admiration and recognition for their efforts.

 We’ve done our very best to reward staff members through salary and other benefits. And in December, we are hosting a staff holiday party at which we’ll celebrate them. As part of this event, we are seeking gift cards from their favorite local businesses for gift certificates or merchandise that will be raffled off.
