DBA Empowerment Weekend was developed to implement a weekend of entertainment and empowerment to youth, young adults, and their families from all social and economic backgrounds. 

DBA Academy of Arts & Developments goal is to change the narrative that youth development focused programming and events are only short-lived experiences. This organization has made it their divine purpose to expose youth and young adults to greater levels of success and inspiration through new experiences, effective mentorship, sustained social development and fun! This year, DBA Empowerment Weekend will include events to equip our youth and young adults, as well as programming made to unite the communities. 

In addition to the other events and programs facilitated through the year, the 2023 DBA Empowerment Weekend was constructed to provide the youth, young adults, and their families the best probability to become a better version of themselves before starting the next chapter of life.
