On Saturday, November 6th, Elkton Presbyterian Church will be hosting our 16th annual Tricky Tray fundraiser. Funds raised by ticket sales benefit our Deacon’s Needy Family Fund, which assists the needy throughout Elkton MD and Cecil County., Last Year, due to the pandemic, this event was held as a silent auction and was incredibly successful, raising almost $5000. This year we return to our regular format, where we recognize each and every business that donates at the event when calling the winning ticket for that item, as well as website and Facebook posts on our church Facebook page. 

In the past 15 years, we have assisted over 6300 families/individuals with payments towards electric/water, medical bills and more. This year with the pandemic, this fundraiser has become even more important, as our outreach program is being stretched to the limits. 

We contact many local businesses, such as yours, to acquire donations. Any donations are greatly accepted and appreciated. Donations in the past have ranged from gift cards/certificates, gift baskets, services, merchandise, etc. No donation is too small – as they all assist us in raising funds for our Needy Family Fund.

In recognition of your contribution, you will be recognized on flyers placed throughout our church, email blasts, and on our church website www. elktonpresbyterian.com and on social media, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

We will arrange a pickup date and time with you at your convenience. 

Donations may be dropped off or mailed to our church, Elkton Presbyterian Church, located at 209 E. Main Street in Elkton from 9 am until 3 pm Monday through Friday. When mailing or dropping off your donation, please do so by Wednesday, October 27th.  If you need more time, or if it is a perishable item, please let us know and we will be more than happy to accommodate!
