Dear Friends of Dealey,

On behalf of the George Bannerman Dealey Montessori & International Academy PTA, we are excited
to announce Dealey’s Mardi Gras Ball and Auction on February 25, 2023. Laissez les bons temps
rouler!

What is Dealey? Dealey, located in North Dallas on Royal Lane, is a Dallas Independent School
District NATIONAL BLUE RIBBON awarded Montessori magnet school that is home to over 600
exceptional students living in over 45 zip codes throughout the Dallas metroplex.

How does the PTA help Dealey? We help fill the gap between the needs of our campus and the
financial resources afforded to the school. We provide resources that would otherwise be unobtainable
without the help from our PTA. Each year Dealey’s PTA sponsors vouchers for each teacher to
purchase classroom materials, teacher attendance at training and national conferences, extra-curricular
scholarships for students with financial needs, maintenance of classroom gardens, and multiple
campus improvements.

What’s so special about the Auction? Our Auction is Dealey PTA’s largest fundraiser. This event
brings together over 250+ attendees to support our school. With the Auction, our first major event
post-pandemic, Dealey is looking forward to banding together to honor our community and its
supporters as well as celebrate our amazing faculty, staff, and students!

The Ask? This event would not be possible without the consistent support of businesses such as
yours. Please consider in-kind donations such as gift certificates, services, airline miles, vouchers,
and/or merchandise/gift baskets. We value our local businesses, so your support will be highlighted and
advertised through our channels and put you on our list of “Dealey’s Favorites”.

What’s in it for you? Dealey PTA is a tax-exempt charitable organization; therefore, all contributions
are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Our partnership will bring your business publicity via our
PTA Website, weekly newsletter, our social media channels, and auction displays at the event.

What Next? We would be happy to arrange for pick-up of your donation and answer any questions that
