Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities is planning a new fundraising event this year, Scarborough Love Auction. Our goal is to raise $20,000, to fulfill holistic health needs of residents in the Scarborough community experiencing health inequities. To reach our target goal, through the virtual auction, we want to offer special items for our bidders. Your donation of a complimentary product/service will be acknowledged through all of our social media, email blasts, posters and other marketing vehicles employed to encourage donations.  
 
Scarborough Love Auction is a virtual auction event which will help raise money for three priority program areas: Youth and Children, Palliative and Hospice Care, and Seniors.  
 
The auction will take place on Thursday, February 3rd, 2022. 
 
Funds raised in our 2019 event helped deliver youth-led programs, including an in-person summer camp, and provided 1,498 adults and seniors with wellness checks and activity kits during the pandemic in 2020. We also raised enough to provide 5,558 more meals than the previous year to vulnerable seniors and individuals with disabilities. Please donate an auction item or service so SCHC can continue to bring about real change and impact to Scarborough.
