Description
Do It For Durrett is celebrating its 10th anniversary with an all-day event that starts with hosting 216 golfers for a four-man scramble at Grapevine Golf Course and finishing at Texas Live! where more than 3,500 attendees will bid on our silent and live auctions and watch the Josh Abbott Band perform live!
The Do It For Durrett Foundation (DIFD) was established after Richard Durrett, a local sportswriter for the Texas Rangers, suddenly passed away at 38 leaving his then-pregnant wife and two small children. We are 100% volunteer based and every penny we raise goes back to our community and those that need it most. To date, DIFD has raised more than $2M and helped more than 250 DFW families impacted by sudden loss.
