Description
In November and December, Jayda's Heart Foundation collects unwrapped toys and gift cards and in-kind donations to benefit chronically ill children who are hospitalized at Phoenix Children's Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona and Sunrise Children's Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada.
These contributions are also available to chronically ill children who aren’t at medical facilities during the distribution.
