Dear Business Owners, Friends & Family,


I’m writing on behalf of the Frank Defino Central Elementary PTO located in Marlboro, NJ to request a donation for our community BINGO BONANZA taking place on March 8, 2024.  


At this event, typically attended by 400+ community members, our most effective way of fundraising for our students is an auction of gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by businesses like yours. We are proud to share that 100% of the proceeds directly enrich the lives of our 550+ students by funding upgraded recess equipment as well as STEAM programming for our students in this school year.  


In the past, the gift auction consisted of donations such as gift certificates for services or to sporting events, shows, amusement parks, movie theaters, restaurants, boutiques and travel destinations.  Grand prize donations have been valued up to $4,000. There have also been cash donations, which we have used to purchase beautiful prizes. With the help of businesses, friends and family, we have raised tens of thousands of dollars in years past for our school. 


We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make. If you make a donation for the BINGO BONANZA, your business will be recognized both in the marketing leading up to the event as well as at the event and in a community wrap up email sent to over 550 Defino families. We’ll also provide a donation receipt letter with the PTO’s tax exempt ID number for your records. If needed, we would be willing to personally pick up any items you may be able to donate.  Otherwise, donations may be sent to:
