On April 15, 2023, the DeGolyer Dads Club will host its annual auction and fundraiser, “DeGolyer After Dark”, at the Sparkman Clubhouse.

E.L. DeGolyer Elementary is a Dallas public school centrally located off Marsh Lane between Royal and Forest. DeGolyer has been educating students for over 50 years and has consistently performed above average in standardized testing. The school also supports a broad range of extracurricular programs such as scouting, musical theater, soccer, basketball, ballroom dancing, destination imagination and participation in the annual Cotton Bowl Classic Art Competition.

In addition to the strong academic and extracurricular programming, DeGolyer is strengthened by groups of highly involved parents and community members, such as the Dads Club, who continually work to support and improve the school’s vision. The money raised by the Dads Club is invested in a variety of educational materials and equipment which directly impact the learning environment.
The DeGolyer After Dark fundraiser will attract approximately 250 guests and will offer raffle and auction items from local businesses and vendors. To ensure the Dads Club can continue to empower our scholars and educators, we rely on our community partners and business owners to donate an item, gift card or service to the auction. To donate an item or service, please fill out the attached form and return it with the donated item. You can also call or email us to arrange for the donation to be picked up. The Dads Club is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and your gift is tax deductible

We encourage our families to patronize the businesses that support DeGolyer. Not only will your donation and business information be published in our auction program, it will also be included in our school’s weekly newsletter and listed on our website, www.degolyer.org. In order to be included as a donor in our program, please submit your donation information by April 1, 2023.
