We are writing to you on behalf of the Garin Elementary School PTA to request a donation of a service or an item for our Denim & Diamond dinner/silent auction. The event will be held on Friday, March 3rd at Lone Tree Gold Club.  This is a community event where we are expecting approximately two hundred in attendance.

Garin PTA is dedicated to enriching the lives of our students through providing programs that maintain the highest standards in education while promoting a fun and positive experience for everyone involved. Money raised at this event helps to fund field trips and to provide school supplies for students in need. It also enables funding for unbudgeted classroom enrichment programs such as computers, physical education & the arts.

We would greatly appreciate any donation that you can offer. In acknowledgement of your generosity, we will recognize your contribution on our event flyer which will reach the families of over 800 students enrolled in our school, and will be displayed during the auction itself.
