To Friends and Supporters of John Muir Elementary School: 

John Muir Elementary School in Martinez, CA provides an environment that strengthens the educational  knowledge while enhancing the character and lives of our school children. The Annual JME Auction brings  approximately 200 parents and supporters together to raise thousands of dollars every year for school  programming.  

The JME PTA will use funds from the auction for enrichment programs, activities, and school supplies such as:  The Community Science Workshop, educational-based field trips and school bus transportation, supporting the  school Library, Cultural Diversity and Equity Inclusion programming, teacher “wish-list” funding, JME Music and Physical Education equipment and materials, STEAM night, Community Kindness Night, and many other  student-centered events.  

You can support our school by contributing to our Annual Fundraiser: Denim and Diamonds, on March 16, 2024 at the  MRC Clubhouse in Martinez.  

Please consider donating to the auction in the following ways:  

1. Gift certificates, admission tickets to an event, new household items, artwork, children's items...anything that we can auction to raise funds to benefit our school.  

2. Business donation and auction sponsorship. This includes promotional exposure at the auction as well as all John Muir  Elementary PTA social media accounts leading up to the event. Please see the attached flier for additional information on  Business Donations and Sponsorship.  

All proceeds go directly to John Muir Elementary PTA and are tax deductible.
