Designer Bag Bingo Event where attendees are invited to play 15 games of bingo and winners will receive a designer bag.  Basket Raffle and 50/50 occurs at this event as well.  Basket Raffle is where we raffle off tickets to local venues to members of the community helping promote their business and thus raising funds for our school See below for details of the fundraiser.

What an unprecedented time in education!  The Pandemic has required schools to evolve, develop, and stretch in order to reach each and every student daily to ensure they continue to receive an education and grow academically, socially and emotionally.  Riverbank Charter School of Excellence has learned a great deal throughout the past two years and utilized each and every resource we have to ensure continuity of academic delivery both in-person as well as virtually.  As with every year, the safety of the staff and students was paramount but involved so many other factors this year.  

The partnership and support from your organization will allow Riverbank Charter School of Excellence to establish an outdoor shaded learning/play area for the students and staff.  Since the onset of the pandemic, the rules and protocols in schools are frequently changing.  Staff and students are encouraged to have more space as well as encouraged to be outside as often as possible.  With the addition of outdoor learning, snack, recess and play, Riverbank does not currently have any shaded areas around the school building.  Students sit and play on the asphalt or mulch.  An outdoor shaded area will provide many benefits which include but are not limited to: reducing exposure to harmful UV rays, protecting students and staff from weather, keeping the play/learning area cooler, extending outdoor time, equipment protection, and increases comfort levels.

We strive to provide each student with opportunities to assist in their intellectual, emotional and social development through this collaborative effort.
