Description

Dear Community Partner,

 

As a parent member of the Enfield-Erdenheim Home School Partnership (EEHSP), I am writing to request a donation for the EEHSP’s Designer Bag Bingo fundraising event scheduled for March 2023.  This event will raise money for the EEHSP and therefore support our township’s elementary schools which foster a safe and cohesive community for all of us.  This year in particular, we are focused on raising money to fund such programs as Artist in Residence, Reading Olympics, and teacher appreciation just to name a few.

 

This event will feature bingo prizes of designer purses and other types of popular items and services through a raffle. Raffles basket and 50/50 tickets will be available for purchase during the event.  We are asking for contributions from the local business community to either sponsor the event, to cover the costs of the designer bags, or offer items for the raffle. There are three ways you can support the event:

 

●        Bag Sponsors- $150-$300 donation to cover the cost of a single bag for the event. Those who donate money for purses will be acknowledged the night of the event in a display beside the purse, and in a verbal announcement to the crowd before and after the game.

 

●        Event Sponsors - $100 donation. Sponsors will be acknowledged in the program the night of the event.

 

●        Raffle Supporters -donation of gift card or non-perishable product for raffle baskets.

 

All sponsors will have the business name mentioned on Facebook events and online promotion through the EEHSP email list, descriptions of raffle prizes, and thank you announcement at the event. All donations are tax deductible!

 

Based on the success of the EEHSP events such as the Trunk or Treat Family fun nights, we anticipate a large turnout at the event with promotion reaching over 1000 households in the township alone. Our goal is to raise at least $5,000 at the event; with your support we can make that goal happen!
