Dear Neighbor,

The Columbus Home and School Association is a parent teacher organization (PTO) supporting John Hydock Elementary
School and Mansfield Township Elementary School in Columbus, New Jersey. Run completely by volunteers, our organization
functions as a liaison between the district and the surrounding community. We conduct several fundraisers throughout the year
and depend on support from businesses such as yours to be successful. 100% of the funds raised benefit our students and our
schools. Contributions from CHAS have funded the purchase of chromebooks, interactive smart boards, countless books for the
school libraries, gym and playground equipment, our teacher grant program, and class celebrations, as well as other curriculum,
technology, and facilities support.

On September 8, 2023 we will be holding our biggest fundraiser of the year, our annual Bag Bingo. We expect 300 guests in
attendance this year and are looking to maximize our fundraising capacity with both event sponsors and donations for our
basket raffle.
