On behalf of our Memorial Elementary and Pitman Elementary School students and their families, I am writing to kindly ask for your support of this year’s Designer Bag Bingo and Auction being held on Friday, March 22, 2024. This is our largest fundraiser – your support will make a difference to hundreds of students and their families in the Pitman Community.
We have options for sponsorship: Gift Card/Basket Item donation or Complete Gift Basket donation as detailed below. You can select the level of participation that best meets your needs and be secure in the knowledge that your sponsorship funds will be used to help both Memorial Elementary and Pitman Elementary School enrich the lives of our students.
For your generous donation, your business will be acknowledged in social media posts advertising the event locally, in the welcome address and in our marketing materials sent home to each family. On each Bingo table, there will be table-top marketing pieces listing our
donors. Close to 250 local women will attend this event…a fantastic marketing opportunity!
Sponsorship Opportunities:
Business Gift Card or Gift Basket Item(s). - Your donation of goods or services from your business will entitle you to advertising before and during our event. Your business will be listed in our marketing materials as well as displayed on each table during our three hour event.
Complete Gift Basket for the Basket Raffle. - Your donation of a completed basket for the Basket Raffle will entitle you to advertising as listed in the option above, but also on the basket tables, and the basket itself. Your business will also be announced in connection with this basket when winners are drawn.
