I am writing on behalf of the Mullica Township PTA, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, to request a donation for our basket/silent auction scheduled for March 13, 2020.  At this event, typically attended by about 250 community members, we auction off gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by businesses like yours.  100% of event proceeds will help pay for educational in-class assemblies, field trips and STEAM technology.  In recent years, federal funding cuts in the areas of education have greatly impacted our small, rural community.  We rely heavily on fundraising to bridge the missing gaps.

We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make.  Should you make a donation for the basket/silent auction, your business will be recognized on auction displays at the event as well as on social media.
