We would like to introduce the Bucks County Militia Fastpitch 14U girls’ softball team. The BC Militia organization was founded in 2019 starting with one team of experienced tournament softball players and has since expanded to four teams for the 2021/2022 season. Our mission is to develop the players on and off the field. The girls practice two or more times each week in season, attend speed and agility training in the winter, and participate in tournaments throughout the spring, summer and fall seasons.

The financial responsibilities for such an active tournament team can be a burden to the families of the athletes. Typical annual costs for the girls include winter workout facility rentals, field rentals, equipment, uniforms, tournament fees, and attendance at several overnight tournaments and a national tournament event. This past year, our team competed at a 12U national event in July 2021 in Canton, Michigan and will compete again nationally at the 14U level in the summer of 2022.

To help offset these costs for our families, we will be hosting a Designer Bag Bingo event on Saturday November 13th. Our event will consist of no less than 10 bingo games, as well as the opportunity to purchase separate tickets for chances to win raffle baskets and a 50/50 cash prize. We are graciously looking for sponsors to help offset the cost of the designer bags and the contents of the raffle baskets. If your organization is willing to donate an item or service that can be used for the raffle baskets, that would be much appreciated.

Bag Bingo Event Sponsorship Levels (Monetary or In-Kind donations accepted)

Bronze: $50 – Event donation to be used towards or in raffle baskets.
Silver: $100 – Sponsor A Bingo Game 
Gold: $200 – Sponsor A Bingo Game & have your business represented as a Militia Fastpitch sponsor on our website (www.militiafastpitch.org)
Bingo Game Sponsors will have their company name, logo and contact information displayed at the start of their sponsored game, along with a brief company description or message of choice to be read by the Bingo Caller.
