Dear Business Owner,

We are writing to you on behalf of Maternity B.V.M.’s Home & School Association.  This association is dedicated to raising funds to improve our children’s education and to the advancement of our school. Please visit our school website www.maternitybvm.net to view our weekly newscast and see what good things we are currently doing in the media center.

This is where, you, our local businesses can help us.  We are hosting our BIGGEST fundraiser of the year on Saturday, January 18th 2025, our annual Designer Bag Bingo.  We are asking local businesses for whatever donation they can make.  Whether it be to sponsor a bag for $100.00 or sponsor an entire bag for $300.00, a gift certificate to your establishment, tickets, a basket to raffle, or any items to be used toward our raffle and door prizes, etc. would be greatly appreciated. For those who donate to our great cause, your business will be advertised that night on the items you have donated as well as in the program handed out to all the guests attending the event. We will also mention your business when we are describing the items before the round of bingo. All businesses will be listed in our program as a supportive patron. We will also place a list of all major contributors in our Parish Bulletin and on our school, website asking all to support those businesses who so graciously supported our school.  All donations are tax deductible, our tax ID number is 75-195345.
