To create an authentic sensory experience, we will encourage guests to wear a blindfold during dinner in a virtually dark dining room.  The dinner will feature a 4-course, gourmet meal to tantalize the senses with rich textures and interesting aromas complemented by fine wines.  As visual noise dampens, the senses of touch, taste, smell and hearing crystallize, becoming more vibrant and alive.
