We are excited to announce our annual event, “Dinner in the Woods”, at our “Skyview” campus in Mukwonago on Saturday, June 1st, 2024. It is an evening of great food, fun, entertainment, fantastic silent and live auction items, music and dancing, on our picturesque grounds, under the stars. The event actively supports and receives support from local and regional businesses like East Troy and Mukwonago Chambers of Commerce, Rohrganics, Grassway Organics, TLC Landscaping, Gaver’s Pavers, etc. This year we anticipate around 300 attendees, with hundreds more across the country, participating in our Online Silent Auction.

On behalf of Nature’s Classroom Institute and Montessori School, please consider supporting us in either of the following ways:

- A donation of money directly to Nature’s Classroom Institute
- A donation of goods or services for a silent and / or live auction to be held during our event
- Sponsorship of part of our event

Here are the levels of sponsorship we offer:

$1 - $99: Birch Level – Listing in our Annual Report

$100 - $499: Walnut Level - Listing in our Annual Report, Listing on our website’s Dinner In The Woods Donor and Sponsors Page

$500 - $1,999: Hickory Level - Listing in our Annual Report, a brief write-up on your company and your company logo on our website’s Dinner In The Woods Donor and Sponsors Page

$2,000 - $4,999: Silver Maple Level- Listing in our Annual Report, a brief write-up on your company and your company logo on our website’s Dinner In The Woods Donor and Sponsors Page, along with a link to your website.

$5,000 and above: Golden Oak Level - listing in Annual Report, a video message about your company on our website’s Dinner In The Woods page of our website, along with your company’s logo and a link to your website.

If you would like to sponsor any one of these specific components of our event, we could offer your company banner space at our live event:

- Rentals (tent, tables, chairs, lights, etc.) - $10,000
- Dinner - $5,000
- Desserts - $1000
- Art Supplies for students to make their Auction Artwork - $1,500
- Band - $1000
