The TJ2 Robotics Team from Bridgewater Raynham Regional High School holds a Silent Auction/Raffle Dinner every year as its major annual fundraiser. Students, parents, and coaches obtain items to raffle or auction off to the event attendees. All proceeds from the Auction/Raffle go towards supporting the Team as they build a new robot and compete against other robots throughout the New England area. Materials to build the robot and the costs of transporting a team of 40+ students, coaches, and chaperones throughout New England costs a substantial amount of money; therefore, donations received are auctioned off at the Silent Auction help defray the costs associated with building and competing a robot.
