Discover Summer is the Arlington Public Library’s biggest event of the year! All ages can enjoy a free reading challenge, educational programs, and more all summer long. The reading challenge encourages everyone in the community to read and learn throughout the summer. Every day of reading earns participants entries into grand prize drawings. The more you read, the more you could win! The Arlington Public Library also offers a calendar full of summer programs sure to entertain and educate.

Discover Summer is celebrated from June 1-July31 across the City of Arlington at all of Arlington Public Library's seven locations.

We are seeking donors to contribute gift cards, coupons, tickets or more that can be used toward grand prize reading incentives. Donations big or small encourage families to keep learning in the summer. Any help is greatly appreciated!
