We hope this letter finds you well!  We’re writing to ask for your support for Discovery Elementary School’s auction, scheduled for Saturday, March 18, 2023 at the Knights of Columbus Ballroom in Arlington, VA.  The auction is our school’s biggest fundraiser of the year, and your donation will be a huge part of its success.  

Your donation makes a real difference.  Proceeds from the auction will go directly to Discovery’s teachers and students for programs such as art, music, and physical education support; classroom supplies; technology; continuing education training for teachers; field trips; author visits to our school; after-school enrichment programs; eco-focused projects such as the hydroponic garden; and our school library.

We’ll help you build buzz.  Our “80s” themed event is sure to draw in the parents of our more than 500 students.  Your generous donation will be prominently listed and displayed for bidding during either the silent or live auction.
