The Discovery Gala 2015, Phantom of the Lagoon, a Masquerade will host a magnificent menu to compliment a live and silent auction. We will relive the mystery created by the infamous Phantom and his hauntingly , beautiful music of the night. All fundraising will go toward the Agua Hedionda Lagoon Foundation to continue in its mission to inspire people through education and outreach to preserve the Agua Hedionda Lagoon as an accessible and healthy watershed. The Foundation’s Discovery Center in Carlsbad is open to the public and hosts lectures, bird walks, festivals and free family events year round for the community to easily experience nature education. We hope to inspire guests to help protect the lagoon and all nature by providing hands on learning, engaging exhibits and events.
