This annual fundraiser takes place on Saturday August 29th, 2020. We are raising money to protect and educate the future lagoon stewards of the Agua Hedionda Lagoon. This includes our 10,399 school aged children through our Academy Programs and over 25,000 visitors last year.

We are a 501(c) 3 non-profit in Carlsbad that operates the Discovery Center, an extraordinaire collection of hands on nature activities that allow visitors to "taste nature" experiencing both the lagoon and the ecological reserve that resides. Our mission is to inspire people through education & outreach to preserve the Agua Hedionda Lagoon, as an accessible and healthy watershed.
