Description

The event will occur on January 11, 2023, at Moline Elementary School at 10:00 a.m. We expect twenty-seven participants and our students' parents or guardians to attend the competition. In addition, the Spelling Bee competition will be available for live streaming on YouTube.

Riverview Gardens School District has an enrollment of 5,200 and 100% of our students receive free and reduced lunch.

The list of donor companies will be accessible on our district website as part of the Spelling Bee program.

We have nine elementary schools and each elementary school will host a schoolwide spelling competition. Three students and two alternates from each school will advance to the District Spelling Bee. Trophies will also be provided for 1st-3rd place. All participants in the District Spelling Bee will be awarded prizes for their participation.
