The 2023 Down For The Ride event will take place on Saturday, July 22nd and will encompass stops at
area businesses, in addition to activities before and after the ride. We continue to experience growth
year after year with our start in 2015 of 43 bikes raising $2,300 to 2022 with over 200 bikes raising
over $35,000 with a total raised to date of over $150,000.00.
Proceeds from Down For The Ride, a 501(c)(3) organization, is focused toward the development of a
brick-and-mortar community center for the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Toledo (DSAGT),
where children, teens and adults with Down Syndrome can learn and grow together, and their families
can feel even more supported along the way. DSAGT is also a 501(c)(3) organization that serves
families residing in 17 counties throughout Northwest Ohio, as well as parts of Southern Michigan
