We are a national nonprofit that grants end of life Dreams to terminally ill adults within their last nine months of life. We are currently planning a Dream for a woman named Mary Jane.

As a nonprofit we rely on the kindness of many to make Dreams possible so it is with a hopeful heart I am reaching out to you to see if you would be able to  donate towards our Dream Program.
