Community HousingWorks invites you to join us to celebrate CHW’s 35th anniversary with a return to Humphreys by the Bay for our 2023 DreamBuilder Gala: Protector of Generations.

The modern 35th anniversary gift is Jade – feels appropriate for CHW’s bold green coloring. Jade symbolism includes associations with positive energy and prosperity, and many consider it a “protector of generations” which has inspired our theme for this year. CHW has served as a protector of generations for 35 years, providing safe, stable, affordable homes for residents of all ages, and supported them with services and programs to break the intergenerational cycle of poverty.

Proceeds from DreamBuilder 2023 directly support residents through our onsite programs and services.
