Every September, we celebrate Direct Support Professional
(DSP) Appreciation Week, where we recognize, honor, and
highlight the work of these front-line care workers who support
the day-to-day needs of the people they support. DSPs are the heart
and soul of ALSO’s mission, ensuring that people with intellectual
and developmental disabilities (IDD) are fully included and have
equitable access to supports and services, and we believe their
efforts deserve special recognition.

We are seeking strategic partners to help us celebrate and
acknowledge these incredible individuals' dedication and hard work. Your generous sponsorship and donation will go directly to honoring DSPs. Here are two ways you can support DSP Appreciation Week at ALSO.

Donate an item or gift certificate: Your generous contribution
will directly support our efforts to honor and reward our DSPs for
their tireless work and commitment. Prizes can include products,
services, or any items that would provide a gesture of gratitude.
Become a Community Sponsor and donate $100 or more: As
a Community Sponsor, you will be recognized via social media,
ALSO partners webpage, and in our internal ALSO Happenings
weekly newsletter and external ALSO Advocate newsletter.
Community sponsorship can include promotional materials
distributed to DSPs during Appreciation Week. Donate directly
