Description

I am writing you on behalf of Eagle Ridge Elementary PTA to request a donation for our 2022 Fall Festival, Drawing & Silent Auction. This fun family event will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2022 from 3pm - 7pm. This is the biggest event of the year for our PTA with hundreds of local families in attendance. Your donation will be used in our silent auction and/or drawing. Every dollar earned will contribute to school equipment, clubs, programs and activities for over 600 students ages 5 to 11. ANY donation that you can offer will be greatly appreciated. We would be happy to advertise your business on our website, signage and Facebook page. We are asking that all donations be received by Friday, September 30th 2022 if possible in order to have time to prepare for the event.
