The goal of the Early Learning Quality Network is to improve local community child care quality through community led planning and community directed funding. The Early Learning Quality Network is dedicated to ensuring that every child has access to high-quality early learning experiences. We believe that investing in early childhood education is not only beneficial for individual children and families but also for the entire community.

The YMCA of Greater Houston along with the Harris County Department of Education and Children at Risk will be hosting several community outreach initiatives such as focus groups and listening sessions in targeted zip codes around Houston that have been identified as child care deserts. 

To further our mission, we are seeking partnerships with community stakeholders like you to help spread awareness and increase engagement in our initiative. By joining forces, we can amplify our efforts and reach more families, educators, and community members.
