Description

On Saturday, April 27th, the City of Ventura will host the 12th Annual Ventura Earth Day Eco Fest, a family-centered community celebration and green services and products expo. This fun and informative event will be attended by thousands and is being sponsored by Ventura Charter School of Arts and Global Education in cooperation with the City.  We would like to invite your organization to participate by donating to our silent auction and raffle to be held at the event.  Your donation, in addition to being tax deductible, provides a wonderful opportunity for you to gain exposure to potential customers while supporting a fantastic school.

The goal of the Ventura Earth Day Eco Fest is to educate our community about ways they can change their everyday lives to reduce the footprint they leave on our earth. Profits from the event will be used to support our School’s mission to provide progressive, high-quality, student-centered education. Ventura Charter School is a tuition free non-profit public school serving 433 students from Kindergarten to eighth grade. Specifically, the net profits will fund our Music & Art programs, educational field trips, elective classes for our middle school students, a school play, classroom supplies, and many other programs not covered by State funding.

Last year’s Ventura Earth Day Eco Fest was a huge success. This year we anticipate a community showing of 3,000 to 5,000 people based on the combination of an extensive marketing campaign, new event location at Plaza Park in downtown Ventura, and weekend traffic in the area.

We would appreciate a product donation that could be sold in our Silent Auction or raffle. These items can be gift certificates to a business, services, actual items such as products, art, jewelry, etc. or even monetary contributions.  Thank you so much for your consideration.
