The East Coast Tri Festival is all races completed on a course completely closed to traffic with multiple looks encircling the viewing area making it very spectator friendly. The course is perfect for all ages and levels, swim course, bike course, run course, a transition area, and a mile run. All proceeds with go back to The Live Red Foundation which empowers low opportunity neighborhoods by teaching them eight core life skills through fitness in a safe play space. Thes programs create an impact and real change in the communities served but it is only possible through your support!
