We’re reaching out to ask you to support ECPC by making a tax-deductible contribution to our Play Matters! Online Auction. ECPC is a play-based preschool serving our shared community in and around El Cerrito.

We are a parent-run non-profit preschool established in 1940. ECPC offers a supportive, play-based educational world for children ages 3-5. Our cooperative family community fosters a philosophy of life-long connection and learning inside and outside of school.

Our diverse membership of over 50 families live, play, work, and shop in the greater Bay Area community. As one of the longest continuously running cooperatives in the United States, ECPC has maintained strong community ties.

We’re asking for your support in sustaining this invaluable community service. 

Our Play Matters! Online Auction, held from April 24th - May 4th, 2022, aims to raise money to ensure our school can serve the community for years to come. The auction will be shared with our membership and alumni, and their network of friends and family, reaching 700+ people in our greater community.
