Dear Community Relations Representative,

We invite you to participate in our upcoming event Educator Appreciation Night by donating items for our goodie bags and/or a raffle prize for local teachers. This night is created to inspire teachers by celebrating their hard work and announcing this year’s free engagement programs available for their students. With over 200 educators planning on attending this event on September 04, 2025, it is a wonderful opportunity to introduce area teachers to the great community and to local and corporate businesses that support their work.

 We are seeking the following:

·        Goodie bag items (230 each) such as: Coupons, small items (pens, key chains, etc.).

·        Raffle Prizes such as: Gift baskets, gift card, ticket voucher, larger items.

 We are happy to display your business and marketing materials if provided.

 This event is co-sponsored by Mesa Arts Center Foundation, the 501(c)(3) organization which supports activities and programs of Mesa Arts Center, making your donation tax-deductible.
