Dear Community Partner,

As a parent member of the Enfield-Erdenheim Home School Partnership (EEHSP), I am writing to request a donation for the EEHSP’s Designer  Bag Bingo fundraising event scheduled for March 29th, 2025.  This event will raise money for the EEHSP and therefore support our township’s elementary schools which foster a safe and cohesive community for all of us.  Our sponsors' generosity last year helped us have record-setting fundraisers! We were able to give out over $15,000 in teacher and school grants to our elementary schools, in addition to hosting free "Family Fun Nights" for every elementary grade and funding grade-level field trips and assemblies, among so much more.  

 This event will feature bingo prizes of designer purses and other types of popular items and services through a raffle. Raffle baskets and 50/50 tickets will be available for purchase during the event.  We
 are asking for contributions from the local business community to either sponsor the event, to cover the costs of the designer bags, or offer items for the raffle. There are three ways you can support the
 event:

     * Bag Sponsors- $150-$300 donation to cover the cost of a single bag for the event. Those who donate money for purses will be acknowledged the night of the event in a display beside the purse, and in a verbal announcement to the crowd before and after the game.

     * Event Sponsors - $100 donation goes to support our overall expenses and production of the event. Sponsors will be acknowledged in the program the night of the event.

     *Raffle Supporters - donation of gift card or non-perishable product for raffle baskets.

All donations are tax deductible!  We will provide your business with regular recognition in our social media (over 1.5k on our Facebook group) while we promote the event, in the two school newsletters reaching over 1,200 families each week leading up to the event, in our EEHSP promotions, plus signage at the event! 

Based on the success of the EEHSP events such as the Trunk or Treat Family fun nights, we anticipate a large turnout at the event with promotion reaching over 1000 households in the township alone - giving you great visibility to a local target audience!  Our goal is to raise at least $8,000 at the event; with your support we can make that goal happen!
