East Hanover Cub Scouts Pack 20 will be hosting a free fun STEM Activity on Sunday, July 23rd at 2pm at Kitchell Memorial Presbyterian Church (469 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover, NJ).  Children of all ages are invited to join the fun.  Our theme is Medieval Times since our STEM activity involves the children building their own mini sized Catapult to take home.  Afterwards they get to learn and participate in the workings of trebuchet (prebuilt about 4 feet tall) using water balloons. Childs will get hands on experience as well as a brief instruction on how pulleys and levers work from a real world working engineer, who is also one of our parent volunteer den leaders.  I hope you will considering helping to donate tickets to the Lynhurst Medieval Times Dinner/Show that we may be able to use as our grand raffle, since this is also a recruiting event to gain interest in scouting in East Hanover.  Thank you in advance for your consideration.
