We are in the process of planning our annual fundraising tricky tray event which will be held on March 5, 2020 at the Florentine Gardens located at 97 Rivervale Road in River Vale, NJ and we are asking for your support.

We rely on generous donations from local businesses like yours to make this event a success.  We need items ranging from goods or services, gift cards, tickets, restaurant certificates, vouchers, jewelry, home furnishings, pet products and more to put together prize baskets which will be auctioned off at our event.  Monetary donations are also greatly appreciated. The auction is greatly anticipated by the guests who attend the event and the revenue earned by ticket sales allows us to provide supplies and support a variety of programs and enrichment activities for our two elementary schools.  We will purchase items for our art, music and sport programs as well as the library which will help us continue to improve education opportunities for children in our town.

 If you choose to donate, your name will be included in our supporter’s booklet and we are happy to display your company’s flyers or catalogs at the event if you wish to provide them along with your donation. Attendance is usually around 200 families.  We would like to have items by February 15th to allow us enough time to create the baskets. Items can be mailed to me at the address below or we are happy to send a member of our event committee to pick up from you if you are local.
