On December 9, 2022, we are holding our first ever Employee Appreciation Day.  This event is dedicated to the mean and women of our agency who work to enhance the quality of life for people in NJ.  The pandemic has made their jobs particularly challenging.  Our employees are essential personnel, and during these few years they have proven to be real heroes to the  individuals we serve.  Because the majority of our funding comes from grants, we are restricted to using any of those funds for the benefit of employee retention.  Therefore, we have to depend on the generosity of organizations such as yours to be able to provide these perks.
