To whom it may concern,

Well, it is already that time of year again, and Employee Christmas Party prep is underway. Years past we had several local area businesses participate in a product swap with the Caldwell Zoo, in Tyler, TX. Many of the businesses donated gift cards or products in return for Caldwell Zoo Admission Tickets.

We would like to do a swap of products of equal value or receive any donation (gift card, product, tickets, etc.). Any donation or swapped product would be raffled as door prize at our Employee Christmas Party on December 12, 2024. Our deadline to receive items is December 5, 2024.

Our tickets are valued at:

Adult (13 & up)     $19.50

If a swap is conducted the only thing, we ask is that the Caldwell Zoo Admission Tickets must go to your employees and not as a sales promotion to the public.

We would like to thank you for your time & consideration. On behalf of all Caldwell Zoo Employees, we appreciate any donation given. 

For donations given, please contact one of the employees below and we would be more than happy to pick up the item(s) from you.
