Description

We are writing on behalf of the Lincoln Avenue Elementary PTA to request a donation for our “End of the Year Dinner and Basket Auction” scheduled for June 3rd 2020.  At this event, typically attended by 250 community members, we sell raffles for the gift cards, merchandise and services generously donated by businesses like yours.  The purpose of this event is to raise funds for our Cultural Arts Programs, Character Education and Scholarship Funds.

We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make.  All companies that make a donation for the auction will be recognized at the event as well as on our PTA website newsletters, and social media.  This letter will serve as receipt for the donation. (Tax ID # 155993)
