End of Year Event & Basket Raffle

Dear Business Owner,
The emphasis on the academic curriculum leaves little time for those special moments like book fairs, assemblies, and field day. These moments are fewer and farther between, yet more important than ever. The Lincoln Avenue Elementary PTA needs your help to keep these, and many other important moments alive. Together, we can create opportunities to raise funds for the Cultural Arts Programs, Character Education, Scholarship Programs, and so much more.
We are writing to request a donation for our largest annual fundraiser, our “End of the Year Dinner and Basket Auction” scheduled for June 4thh, 2025 at The Mansion at West Sayville in West Sayville, NY. At this well attended event, we sell raffle tickets for the gift cards, merchandise and services generously donated by businesses like yours. The purpose of this event is to raise funds for the many programs, scholarships, and events we provide to the children throughout the year.
All companies that make a donation for the event will have tremendous exposure for your business to many families in the community and will be recognized at the event as well as on our PTA website, newsletters, and social media. This letter will serve as a receipt for the donation.
