Our annual Open Barn is a party for our community. We invite everyone who is interested in horses, ponies and donkeys to join us for the day. The event is free and open to the public. It is advertised in three newspapers, our website, social media and flyers posted from Monroe to Seattle (about twenty miles). All of our volunteers are present, including our disabled adult volunteers.

We provide a free vegetarian lunch for all visitors. The intent of this event is share our animals with everyone who wants to interact with them, share information about who we are and what we do. There is also a wonderful silent auction which provides funds for animal care. Essentially we have a picnic with people and animals and do some fund raising!
