Description
The purpose of this Juneteenth Event and other events alike, is to being our community together in a way that provides education and raises awareness on racial justice issues. These events bridge the gap within the racial divide. This event fosters and promotes friendship, connection, restoration, healing, and trust building. Since our first event we have experienced more engagement in our relationships with our school districts, neighborhood associations, police department, fire departments, local businesses, and with our town council members.
