On May 19, 2023, the Cyrus E. Dallin Elementary School of Arlington, MA is excited to host its first in-person auction event since 2018 at the Robbins Memorial Town Hall Auditorium. We anticipate at least 250 attendees, including parents and teachers.

In addition to supporting our students, your auction donation presents a great marketing opportunity. The auction will be heavily promoted throughout the school year to our 425 students and their families at the Dallin School. All donors will be publicly acknowledged on our auction website which is used for bidding by all attendees, as well as on our Facebook page and in the school-wide newsletter. Our families primarily reside in Arlington Heights and appreciate the opportunity to support local businesses.

The Dallin PTO plays a critical role in enhancing the education of our elementary students and creating a welcoming community for our families. The PTO organizes and oversees cultural enrichment programs, supports hands-on STEAM activities, and hosts social events for our diverse school community. The PTO also provides direct funding for curricular materials, extension activities, field trips, library books, and professional development for Dallin teachers. The biennial in-person auction has historically been the Dallin PTO’s primary large-scale fundraising event, but it has been on hiatus since the start of the pandemic. Our goal this year is to restart this tradition in order to continue to enrich education in our community. The Dallin PTO is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.
