Description

Essex County Turtle Back Zoo is celebrating 60 years as a mainstay in our community. We will be honoring this exciting milestone at Essex County Turtle Back Zoo's 60th Anniversary Gala on May 2, 2023, at the Park Savoy in Florham Park, NJ. This high class event will cater to over 300 top business leaders and government officials within the greater Essex County area while celebrating Turtle Back Zoo's mission and the animals we love.

This event is going to be our biggest celebration of the year, and we are reaching out to the finest vendors in our community to assist in our efforts, asking them to consider donating an item of at least $100 in value, to be offered in our silent auction. Donating an item will give vendor companies an opportunity to be highlighted amongst the special group of Essex County's elite who will be in attendance, and will also provide crucial support to Essex County Turtle Back Zoo's overall capital enhancement and global wildlife conservation efforts.

Turtle Back Zoo is committed to providing an enriching recreational experience that fosters excellence in wildlife education and wildlife conservation, so that present and future generations are inspired to understand, appreciate and protect the fragile independence of all living things. The Zoological Society of New Jersey supports these efforts by welcoming nearly one million members to the Zoo each year, galvanizing members to volunteer for conservation initiatives in their local communities, and educating visitors regarding the animal conservation efforts to which the Society contributes in the US and worldwide.
